It's a good thing we have tomorrow off from rehearsal.  I am dead tired.  But the final dress rehearsal went so well.  Thanks to all the musicians who got dragged into the show (Skiz).  Thanks to the Green Men, who rocked hardcore.  Thanks to the techies, who clean up stuff and make the lights work and the plants move.  Thanks to all you people who are going to come SEE THE SHOW!!!

Currently Watching
The Curse of the Were-Rabbit starring Wallace & Gromit
By Peter Sallis, Ralph Fiennes, Helena Bonham Carter

There are 4 very important things I have to say:

1. Homecoming was actually fun!  I wasn't struck by lightning, I didn't freeze my ass off, and I wasn't weighed down by the cancerous growth that is the "Mum."  And Chelsea and Logan are my heroes.  I may actually go to another football game.  Like, this year.    I know.

2. Dress rehearsals are this week!!!  I finally get to wear my giant Queen Elizabeth dress!!!  I can't wait to try it on tomorrow.  I also get to curl my hair into painfully tight ringlets a la sponge curlers.  Bring on the discomfort.

3.  If you haven't seen Wallace and Gromit in the Curse of the Were-Rabbit, YOU SHOULD.  It is amusing in many subtle ways, and I still can't believe it was all claymation.  How they made the clay bunnies float, I wish to know.  Anyway, hilarious.  Go see it.

4. I am having a good weekend.

It has been 371 days since I joined xanga.  You may send money.

!!!!! I HAVE MY LICENSE !!!!!

This was a weird week for many reasons.  Too much drama, too many upset people, too many things to do, too few conversations.

Homecoming is next week.  I think I'll spend my non-existant mum money on shoes.
My sister made fun of me for not going with anyone to homecoming.  I was like, "Neither are you," and she's all "Well you're in, what, 11th grade?"  My own sister mocks me with reckless abandon and enjoys it.

Allie, if you could share a little bit of that fabulous, lovely week you've been having, that would be super.  Thanks.

xoxo
